Diffuser care:
•Remove the cap of the diffuser bottle and insert the reed sticks as desired.We reccomend using between 5-6 reeds for smaller rooms and 8 for larger rooms.  Let them absorb the fragrance for a while then flip them over and place them back into the diffuser. 
•For the best performance and consistent fragrance, flip the reeds once per week. You can flip a few reeds every few days or all the reeds everyday. Keep in mind the more reeds you flip and the more often you flip them, the faster the fragrance oil will evaporate. 
•Always wear gloves to handle used reed sticks. It will take 24-48 hours for the reeds to fully absorb the fragrance and to fill the room with scent.
• Reed Diffusers are best suited in a small to medium-sized room. If the room is too large, the fragrance throw will be weaker. If you are looking to fragrance an extra-large room or office, we would recommend using 2 or more Reed Diffusers.
•Before turning the the reeds, gently wipe ( the exposed sticks) with a dry paper towel, this removes any excess dust before you turn them. Use caution when flipping the reeds. Flip the reeds over a wastebasket or sink and be sure to clean the vessel of any fragrance oil drips before placing on a delicate counter top.
•Do not place a diffuser in direct sunlight, or a window, but in a space where there is airflow for the diffuser fragrance to circulate.
• Another great spot is just inside the room near the door so you pick up the scent as you enter the room. In many cases, think of a diffuser as a bouquet of flowers - you'll smell the fragrance as you walk by, but it won't necessarily fill the room with fragrance.

•Diffuser oil can damage polished/painted/plastic or leather surfaces.  Only place the diffuser on a stable surface, away from any electrical sockets or equipment.
•Keep out of the reach of children & pets. People with perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using the product.
•Flammable liquid. Do not light the reeds, ingest or apply to skin.
 
♻️Packaging: No plastic packaging- we use cardboard boxes, tissue paper and paper bubble wrap to pack our products and snug them in water soluble cornstarch peanuts. 
 We are committed to reduce waste and we are reusing most of the packing items we receive from our suppliers, so if your order arrives in an odd box, that is the reason.

📬Shipping: We use Royal Mail tracked48  for standard delivery. After a parcel is dispatched, it usually takes 2-4 days for it to be delivered but in some parts of England, Royal Mail is experiencing some delays, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
