  • 1. How long will it take to process my order?
    Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 business days to be processed. After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification.
  • 2. How long before I receive my order?
    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.
  • 3. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
    If your order has not been shipped, we can assist you in correcting the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@jeunehome.com with your order number and the correct address. However, if the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
  • 4. Do you accept returns?
    Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. The free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition. Please send an email to info@jeunehome.com to initiate your return request.
  • 5. How will I receive my refund for a return?
    Once we receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you used at checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.
  • 6. My package was marked as "delivered," but I didn't get it. What should I do?
    In such cases, we advise checking a secondary location, such as a mailroom, community mailbox, front desk, neighbour or safe drop location. If the package is still not found, contact us immediately. Please note that we do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services or unclaimed due to unpaid customs. To qualify for an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Contact us at info@jeunehome.com within 15 days from the date the package was marked as "delivered" by your postal service.

    Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk orders!   • What are sculptural candles?
    Sculptural candles are unique and artistic candles that go beyond traditional shapes like pillars or tapers. They are handcrafted to resemble various objects, animals, or artistic designs, adding a touch of creativity and elegance to your space.
  • What materials are used to create the sculptural candles?
    Our sculptural candles are made using high-quality soy wax, cruelty free fragrance oils, lead and zinc free cotton wicks, as well as safe and non-toxic colours. We prioritize sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices in our production process.
  • How does a decorative candle burn?
    Our decorative candles are designed for decorative use, but if you choose to light them up, please be aware that the burn time may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes of our designs. As the flame interacts with the unique contours of the sculptural candles, the burn may be more hallow compared to traditional jar candles. Unlike jar candles, Sculptural Candles are not housed. This means depending on the design, some candles will drip creating a dramatic, yet beautiful wax drip effect. Place Candles on a heat proof, leveled surface to catch the wax. Most Pillar Candles will burn whilst remaining intact, however will eventually drip. Sculptural Candles should not be burned down the bottom, leave a 5mm-10mm outer shell.
  • Can I burn my Sculptural Candles outdoors?
    Sculptural Candles are made to be burned indoors on a heat proof, level surface away from windows. Outdoor factors like heat and wind will effect the candles burn time and may become a hazard.
  • Is it normal that my decorative candle has wax drips?
    Yes, wax drips are totally normal and to be expected with decorative candles. Since these candles become the vessel themselves, some wax may drip during burning. After the wax has cooled, you can simply remove the excess wax from your tray or candle holder. Always refer to our burning instructions before lighting your candles.
  • I accidentally cut my cotton wick too short and now it won’t light, what do I do?
    Don't worry; this happens to the best of us! If your candle lights for a short period of time and then extinguishes, you can simply use a napkin to soak up the melted wax around the wick. This will allow the wick to draw more fuel and burn properly. If your candle is not lighting at all, try scraping off some of the wax around the wick and attempt to light it again. The excess wax around the wick may prevent it from catching the flame.
  • Why is there a difference in the colour with my Candles?
    Our candles are created using Natural Soy Wax. As this is a natural product and sourced from soybeans, each batch created by the manufacturer may be slightly different in colour. This is the beauty in using natural products.
  • Is it normal that my decorative candle might have some imperfections?
    Yes, it's completely normal. Since our sculptural candles are hand-poured to order, slight imperfections, like air bubbles or frosting, and colour variations may appear by nature. These "imperfections" are a testament to the unique craftsmanship of each candle and add to their charm and individuality.
  • Tell me more about 'frosting'?
    Sometimes candles, especially those made with soy wax and coloured candles, may develop a natural phenomenon called "frosting." Frosting occurs when the wax crystallizes and forms small white marks on the surface. Please note that this does not affect the performance of the candle in any way and is simply a characteristic of soy wax. It's a sign of the candle's natural composition and does not impact its burning quality or fragrance.
  • Are the sculptural candles scented?
    We pour our candles to order meaning you get to choose if you want your candle to be scented or unscented. We offer a range of options, so you can choose the one that suits your preferences best.
  • Are your sculptural candles suitable for special occasions or events?
    Absolutely! Our sculptural candles can serve as stunning centerpieces for weddings, parties, or any special occasion. They add a touch of elegance and become a memorable conversation piece for your guests.
  • How should I store sculptural candles when not in use?
    To preserve their beautiful shape, we recommend storing sculptural candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If properly stored, they will maintain their shape and remain in pristine condition for a long time.
  • Are the sculptural candles packaged securely for shipping?
    Yes, we take great care in packaging our sculptural candles to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Each candle is wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. All our packaging is chosen with environment in mind, we only use eco friendly packaging options, free of plastic.
